ACP Computer Training & Consultancy Pte Ltd is proud to announce that it has received 2018 certification from SOCOTEC Certification International (a SAC Accredited Certification Body) for the quality management system covering its activities, Design and Provision of Corporate Training, Curriculum-based education and Information Communication Technology solutions. This recognition from an independent third party is a major step forward for our company and staff. The audit that was conducted on 17th June 2018 concluded that the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards are being met and that a genuine continuous improvement process is in place for Quality.
The impact of this certification and the introduction of a Quality process at ACP is essential. Over and above clarifying and setting out clear practices that enable ACP staff to work in a consistent, efficient manner, this certification answers the selection criteria that are increasingly being required by some customers.
