“ACP has given me the opportunity to work with a wide ranging demographic of colleagues – from the management team, to the full time staffs, to the seconded staffs, to the interns. I have learnt critical skills in interacting and communicating with our wide range of staffs. With the increased role in the many areas of the HR functions, this allows me to get out of my comfort zone to be able to provide vital contribution to the company.
Everyone in Team ACP are experts in their respective domains; and working in such a cross-functional team makes the work produced even more fulfilling. I would describe my colleagues as being affable, diligent, helpful, passionate, and reliable. I honestly could not have asked for a better team to work with. We come together to collaborate on projects and to provide insights, suggestions, and alternatives at suitable junctures of our discussions; and these contribute towards a very positive and lively office environment whereby everyone wants and strives for the best that they can do on an everyday basis.”
