Meet Umarrudin

Q1. How was it to transit from working in the office to working from home for you?

Transiting from working in school to working from home was a different but manageable experience. Most tasks could be done effectively and within the given amount of time with Whatsapp and email being a mode of communication within the ICT team.

Q2. How has the entire Work From Home been for you?

Circuit Breaker has been a new experience for me as we have to comply with the new hygiene and health rules to keep the school and working environment clean and tidy.  It also affects our routine as we need to practice wipe downs of equipment after each usage to prevent risk of transmission to students or staff who are using the equipment.

Q3. Have you cultivated any habits during Work From Home?

Wearing of masks during work has also been a mandatory thing to ensure that everyone is safely protected during this period of time.

Q4. What aspect of working in ACP gave you the most fulfilment during this Work From Home?

Being able to communicate with the company’s person in charge gave me the most fulfilment during this Circuit Breaker period as it is important for us to check on our staff’s well-being and progress.

Q5. What positive message would you like to provide to our other team members?

Take care, stay safe, and don’t forget to visit the doctors if you feel unwell. Wash your hands regularly so that we won’t have the risk of being infected. I wish everyone well, let us communicate together as a team to bring out a smooth and pleasant working experience together amidst this Covid-19 situation.
